Cyclocross is a form of bicycle racing, with races generally taking place in the fall and winter. Races consist of multiple laps around a relatively short course (1 – 2 miles) that can feature a combination of pavement, trails, grass, steep hills and obstacles requiring the rider to quickly dismount, carry the bike while navigating the obstacle and remount.
Races will be held in the fall with courses at Spring Creek High School or Mountain View Park.
Adult race – 45 minutes, plus one lap. Youth race – one lap. Strider race – 50 meters.
Races will be October to December – look for dates as the season gets closer.
